Disney Casting Call

Disney has contacted Empire Talent and Models and informed us that they will be in the Phoenix next month searching for children between the ages of 9-18 years old. We are looking into the age limits, because we know there are some of you out there who may appear to be younger or older looking than their age. We will be sure to post that information on our social media sites as soon as we hear back from them.

There is no previous acting experience is not required, but we don’t want anyone going into a casting call completely blind. If this is something that you, or someone you know might be interested in, contact us and we can give you more details, what to expect, etc.

HB2127 Multimedia Production Incentives Bill

Phoenix, AZ-Arizona production and media companies await the outcome of Arizona Senate Bill 2127. Senate Bill 2127 provides incentives for production and multimedia companies to bring their projects to Arizona.  Arizona is the perfect location with natural beauty and an eager workforce.  What many don’t realize that when a film crew comes to town, it benefits local business such as hospitality, transportation, retail and others.  The objective of this bill is to provide an attractive and industry friendly environment within which the local economy gets a boost and Arizona develops a reputation that is positive to production and multimedia companies considering using Arizona as a location.

Currently, other states such as New Mexico are providing incentives and the influx of production revenues are a welcome addition to the state economy.  The same can and should be done in Arizona.  The most important thing we wish to stress is to stay informed and support HB2127.  It’s good for the Arizona economy and the local entertainment and multimedia industry.  We ask that you please support AZ HB2127.
